1-2-1 and Group Online Outplacement Support

With the technology of screen sharing and virtual meeting rooms, we are delivering our support and guidance online on a 1-2-1 basis or via online seminars / workshops using Teams, Zoom or WebEx. The technology enables us to work on documents or surf the internet just like we would if sat together. 

Job Hunting £655 + VAT - Three sessions covering CV writing / optimisation, job hunting, interview preparation more details

Self-Employment £655 + VAT - All aspects of self employment including lifestyle changes, trading status etc. more details

Retirement Planning £655 + VAT - Only touching on financial planning, we look at lifestyle / practicalities more details

In addition we run online half day workshops on CV writing, interview preparations.

Usually used for job hunting, the package is flexible around individual needs and is delivered as multiple sessions. In the first session we may cover possible career choices / transferable skills, optimising a CV, effective job hunting and application forms - helping the individual build up an action plan of job hunting activity. The session will also look at LinkedIn if relevant. 

Following on, the next sessions and focus upon interview preparation and in particular competency / behavioural interviews which are used by 60% of interviewers according to surveys. We also look at more standard questions such as What are your strengths? Weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 3 years time? 

The time can also be used to look at self-employment and the time is usually delivered as one 4 hour session with a break in the middle.

If needed additional one hour sessions can be added at a later stage at an additional charge of £60 + VAT.

The programme includes up to 10 hours of 1-2-1 online support using screen sharing facilities delivered over several sessions. The technology enables us to work on documents or surf the internet just like we would if sat together. For most individuals we will look at areas such as CV production, career transition, job hunting, interview preparation, self-employment, or focus upon specific areas such as assessment centres. Our support is tailored to individual needs and may include other areas such as retirement planning. 

The 10 hours can be accessed / taken over a 3 month period.
